All products sold by JECA BIOPEPS are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of research materials, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except under the limited circumstances described below.
- Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Products
A replacement or refund may be issued only if:
• The product arrives damaged during shipping.
• You receive an incorrect item different from what was ordered.
- Reporting Requirements
To qualify for a replacement or refund request:
• The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours after delivery.
• Clear photo or video evidence must be provided showing the damage or incorrect product received.
- Return Eligibility
If a return is approved, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must remain unopened and unused.
• The return request must be initiated within 7 business days of the delivery date.
- Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to shipping damage or an order error, JECA BIOPEPS will cover the return shipping costs. Instructions will be provided once the claim has been reviewed.
- Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Processing Time
After the returned item has been received and inspected:
• You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery.
• Return requests initiated more than 7 business days after delivery.
• Orders returned without prior authorization.
